Digital Products License and Terms of Use
Purchasing and/or downloading a digital resource entitles the purchaser the right to reproduce the pages for one classroom or library use only. For instance, if you are a teacher-librarian or library media specialist, you may use a downloaded resource with all of the classes you teach.
Copying any part of a digital product or placing it on the internet in any form is strictly forbidden and is a violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DCMA).
- You may use the resource to teach all of your classes, whether taught in-person, online, or a combination of teaching formats.
- You may use the resource in your classroom or library indefinitely.
- You may share this resource with your students in a closed learning environment.
However, it does not give you privileges to share the resource with other educators without purchasing additional licenses for each classroom or library it will be used in. Please contact me if you need to purchase a resource for an entire school or district. Discounts for bulk licenses are also available.
- You may NOT share or sell digital or hard copies of any of the resources on this site.
- You may NOT upload this resource to any publicly-accessible website, including your class website or blog, school website, or district website.
- You may NOT upload or share this resource to any shared drive or cloud storage within your school or districts.
Digital Products Refund Policy
All sales of downloadable, digital resources on MrsJintheLibrary.com are considered final and nonrefundable. They also cannot be exchanged for a different resource. The full legal policy for all business transactions is outlined in the Site Terms of Use.

Services Terms
Services by Collette Jakubowicz through Mrs. J in the Library LLC may include, but not limited to: website designs, one-on-one mentoring sessions & packages, group mentoring, and school library consulting.
Before any service is provided, both Collette and the purchaser, or client, must sign a legally-binding Client Services Agreement. This agreement is customized for each client, and outlines the extent, duration, and payment of services rendered.
Please read your agreement closely and understand what you are signing. Ask any questions you have before signing it.
