Scheduling library classes and projects on a rotating teaching schedule, such as a 6-day cycle, is hard to track digitally. Every time there’s a snow day or school cancellation, the dates for your next lessons change. This can disrupt your lesson or unit flow because where the weekend or school breaks happen also changes.
This printable weekly lesson calendar and yearly lesson planner will solve that problem, so you can write your lesson topics, then and change the dates and adjust as schedule changes come up. It’s a perfect, low-tech way to stay organized and plan your library instruction.
NOTE: While it is possible to use this product as a digital, paperless planner, it is intended to be customized, then printed. I’ve used this system for 8+ years in my library, and I find it easier to organize on paper than on a screen.
